I bought this toy for my unborn son. I'm so glad that they do toys with organic materials. Alley is so cute, and I can not wait until he gets to caress and play with his toy elephant.
Jabber the parrot was perfect for what I needed. He is currently decoration / toy in the pirate theme nursery. He came quickly and was in excellent condition.
My son is 9 months old and is beginning to like this toy more. He enjoys watching me throw it in the air and roll it around. Just yesterday I moved his foot to kick it and he got a giggle out of it. For his age I think the string makes it easier for him to grab and the rattle inside makes it more interesting. Knowing it's organic makes me feel more comfortable about him mouthing it. Now if only I could get him to stop mouthing all the things that aren't organic!
